Project Organigram

The key to the success of any project hangs totally upon the individuals involved. TW Data structure its project teams to ensure all the Customers requirements are fully met. Each team is tailored specifically to meet the projects skill needs, with a tiered management structure to ensure the highest levels of quality are maintained.

The project team hierarchy is as follows:

The Project Manager is the key contact for the Customer and is responsible for the co-ordination of every aspect of contract. His/Her responsibilities include the procurement and scheduling of all resources, liaison with the Client and decision authority for contractual changes. All Project Managers employed by TW Data have extensive experience with the types of project they are assigned to with a minimum of five years previous management in the IT industry.

His/Her responsibilities start at the tender stage of any project to ensure that all surveys and project time scales are achievable. He/Her will liase with the sales teams and pre-sales consultants to ensure a seamless handover for installation. This 'ownership' of the project results in total project control from conception to completion.

As the project progresses he/her will hold regular meetings with all parties involved. Where the Client permits the Project Manager will chair all meetings and produce any minutes. A report as to the progress will be supplied to the Customer using project management software showing time scales and project costs.

To ensure total quality control of the project in accordance with the TW Data quality procedure's a Project Quality Manager is appointed to every contract. The quality manager is himself a qualified and experienced project manager who will carry out checks on all phases of the project and produce regular reports to the Project Director and the Customer as to the quality of the installation.
